Volunteer Opportunities

At Owings Mills Baseball, our volunteers are the heart of everything we do. From coaching to field prep to event support, every role helps create an unforgettable baseball experience for our players and families. Whether you’re a lifelong fan or brand new to the sport, there’s a place for you on our team.

Ways to Get Involved

Coaching & Assistant Coaching

Guide young athletes as they learn the fundamentals, build confidence, and grow as teammates. No prior coaching experience required — just enthusiasm and a willingness to help.

Team Parent Support

Assist coaches with communication, scheduling, and team coordination. You’ll help keep practices, games, and events running smoothly.

Field & Equipment Crew

Help prepare fields, maintain equipment, and set up for game days. This behind‑the‑scenes work ensures a safe, organized environment for every player.

Scorekeeping & Game‑Day Roles

Keep score, run the scoreboard, or help manage dugout organization. These roles are perfect for volunteers who enjoy being close to the action.

Events & Fundraising

Support league events such as Opening Day, tournaments, picture day, and fundraising activities that keep our program strong and accessible.
